We are also hold NPTC (National Proficiency Tests Council – see below) competency certificates for the use of chainsaws and tree climbing so you can be assured we are working to nationally recognised standards.

NPTC are part of City and guilds offer a host of qualifications across a range of industries. There are several qualifications for tree surgery and if your tree surgeon does not hold any NPTC or similar qualifications then he may well be a cowboy and may not be legally allowed to use a chainsaw commercially.
